What we collect
Your email address, the exam you choose, your study details (stage, exam date, weak subjects, daily study time) and, only if you give it, your WhatsApp number. We also keep basic technical data needed to run the service, like login sessions.
How we use it
To build your study plan, count down to your exam, answer your doubts, and send reminders you agreed to. We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
We use Supabase for accounts and storage, Vercel for hosting, and an AI provider to generate doubt answers. Doubt questions are sent to the AI provider only to produce the answer.
Payments
Payments are made in your own UPI app. We never see your UPI PIN or bank details. Payment screenshots are used only to verify your plan.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your account and data by emailing ask.prepai@zohomail.in. You can opt out of reminders at any time.
Children
PrepX AI is meant for students preparing for competitive exams. If you are under 18, an account can be created only with the consent of a parent or guardian, collected at signup. We do not show ads or build advertising profiles for students, and we do not use children's data for marketing. Parents can ask us to delete the account at ask.prepai@zohomail.in.
